Shipping policy

At Redzone Royalty our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the US. We deliver to all of our customers ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: This includes order verification, preparation, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours depending on the quantity of the order. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our  location to the destination. Orders are shipped via  UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air, and USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination following completion of processing dependent on shipping speed chosen during checkout.

Redzone Royalty is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged following receipt of delivery notification.
